Basically, to provide our services at a fair cost to the customer, we try to maintain a 100 person minimum.  This is somewhat flexible depending on location and menu.  All catering is "buffet-style".  Our base menu, Catfish/Chicken, includes mouth-watering catfish filet and hand-breaded chicken tenders as your meat items.  Sides include fried dill pickles, fried jalapeno peppers, french fries, hushpuppies, coleslaw, sweetened and unsweetened iced tea, and cookies for dessert.  Want More?  Choose our Seafood menu  and we add fried and boiled shrimp to the above menu for a total of (4) meat items.  Also included are high-quality styro plates & cups, fork kits, ice, and condiments.  Most often our catering consists of one of the above menus; however, this is flexible according to your needs.  Depending on event size and distance, a $2.00 per mile service charge may be added for out of town events.  No deposit is required; however, full payment is due at time of service.  Accepted methods of payment are cash, check, Visa, MC, Discover, and Amex.  A 3% processing fee is added on all credit cards.  For more information, contact Gary McLaurin at 601-606-0404 or by email at gary@macksontheriver.com.
